Shipping Policy

Diecast Markets is a peer-to-peer marketplace. The seller packs and ships the item directly to the buyer. Diecast Markets does not hold inventory and does not ship items itself.

Where we ship

Checkout ships within Canada, excluding Quebec. Quebec support is planned for a future release. Shipping outside Canada is not available. Quebec and the United States are not live. The shipping address is entered at checkout and can be corrected before payment. The address on the paid order is the address the seller ships to.

Seller shipping obligations

• Ship within 3 business days after payment is recorded, unless you and the buyer agree otherwise in the order thread.
• Use a carrier that provides a tracking number, and enter the carrier and tracking number on the order.
• Pack the item so it arrives in the condition described. Blister packs, boxes, and cards should be protected.
• Ship the exact item that was listed and photographed.

An order that is not shipped by the ship target can be cancelled and refunded, and the seller payout stays held while the order is unshipped. Repeated late shipment can lead to selling restrictions.

Shipping cost

Each listing states whether shipping is free to the buyer or includes a buyer-paid shipping amount. A buyer-paid shipping amount is shown before payment, included in the checkout subtotal and total, and charged through the same Stripe checkout as the item. Free shipping means the seller absorbs the postage cost. Sellers may not request a separate off-platform shipping payment or add an undisclosed mandatory shipping fee after the buyer commits to the purchase.

Tracking and delivery

Tracking added by the seller is shown on the order for the buyer. The buyer can confirm receipt on the order. Payout release timing follows shipment and delivery confirmation as described in Buyer Protection. If a tracked parcel shows delivered but the buyer did not receive it, open a marketplace dispute on the order so it can be reviewed.

What is not live

Automatic label purchasing is not live. Sellers can estimate shipping costs with Stallion Express from the listing form, but no shipping partner receives buyer information from Diecast Markets for label creation. Sellers buy postage on their own.
