Draft. These rules are not final and the giveaway is not open. Opening date: To be announced before entries open.

Needs legal review — blocking. Sponsor mailing address is not finalized. Mailing address available on request from legal@diecastmarkets.com.
Contest period
Opening date: To be announced before entries open.
Closes: February 28, 2027 at 11:59:59 p.m. EST.
Planned random draw: March 3, 2027.
Eligibility
The planned contest is open to legal residents of Canada, excluding Quebec, who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence. It is void where prohibited. Entrants must agree to these Official Contest Rules.
How to enter
No purchase necessary. When the contest is open, an eligible person enters by submitting the giveaway form and verifying their email.
Creating a Diecast Markets account or joining any waitlist does not enter this contest. Entry requires an affirmative submission.
Required confirmation: I confirm that I am a legal resident of Canada, excluding Quebec, that I have reached the age of majority in my province or territory of residence, and that I agree to the Official Contest Rules.
Entry limit
One verified entry per person and per email address. The verification link must be used before entries close. It expires 48 hours after it is sent, or at contest close, whichever comes first.
Prizes
10 prizes. Each confirmed winner gets their choice of CAD $100 cash or a Diecast Markets diecast prize pack with an approximate retail value of CAD $100.
Total approximate retail value: CAD $1,000.
Odds
Odds of being selected depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Random draw
After entries close, a random draw from verified eligible entries is planned for March 3, 2027. Marketing consent does not change the chance of being selected. The draw needs at least 10 verified eligible entries. Fewer than that and the draw does not run.
Needs legal review. What happens if fewer than 10 verified eligible entries are received is not finalized. This draft does not invent a contingency.
Potential winner notification
A selected person is a potential winner only. Alternates are not contacted unless an administrator promotes them. The 5 calendar days to respond start when the potential winner is actually contacted, not when the draw is run. Being selected is not confirmation that a prize has been won.
Needs legal review. The notification method, the number of contact attempts, and what happens if a message cannot be delivered are not finalized.
Skill-testing question
A potential winner must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question before a prize can be confirmed.
Needs legal review. The exact question and answer are not finalized and are not published here.
Winner confirmation
A prize is confirmed only after the potential winner responds, passes the skill-testing question, and satisfies the eligibility requirements in these rules. Someone who declines or does not qualify can be replaced by an alternate from the same draw.
Needs legal review. Declaration, release, and identification requirements are not published in this draft. No release or liability wording is included here.
Prize fulfillment
A confirmed winner chooses CAD $100 cash or the diecast prize pack described above.
Needs legal review. How and when a cash prize or prize pack is delivered, and what information is collected at that later step, are not finalized. Mailing address, phone number, and legal name are not collected at entry.
Privacy
Entry collects an email address, a province or territory, an eligibility confirmation, acceptance of these rules, and an optional marketing choice. It does not collect a date of birth, mailing address, phone number, or legal name.
Needs legal review. Retention of entry records and the privacy notice for later winner fulfillment are not finalized. The Privacy Policy describes marketplace accounts and is not a complete contest privacy notice.
Optional marketing consent
Marketing consent is not required to enter or to be included in the draw. The optional statement is: Send me Diecast Markets news, drops, and marketplace updates. Leaving it unchecked still allows a valid entry. Diecast Markets does not send marketing to giveaway entrants as part of this draft.
General conditions
Needs legal review. This draft does not add general release, liability, publicity, cancellation, or governing-law clauses. Those sections must be written by counsel before entries open.
